On the Rules of Engagement for Information Warfare

This is a real gem from the past (2004) when I was very involved in building infrastructure and services to mitigate DDoS attacks. Good to see the folks at Symbiot are still in business today. But they are singing a very different tune about how one should respond to DDoS attacks. I do miss the Wild West times on the Internet :)
